Marcea Betz, Massage Therapist

Marcea Betz joined the ChiroHealth Team in November of 2009. A 2002 graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy, Marcea advanced her educational training at the Utah College of Massage Therapy, obtaining a Certificate as a Master Bodyworker in December of 2008.

Skilled in Acupressure (Advanced Eastern Paradigm or Energy Work), Reflexology, and Hydrostone Therapy, Marcea has been perfecting the Art of Massage for over 7 years.  Utilizing her skills as a Master Bodyworker, Marcea aims to help patients eliminate pain so they can live happier, healthier lives. 

While becoming a Master Bodyworker, Marcea learned advanced techniques in Pregnancy Massage and Infant Massage. Marcea says; “Through Infant Massage I can help stimulate development of a baby. At infancy touch communication is so important.  It enriches physiological and social-emotional connections and it can also aid with Colic and stomach problems”.

Marcea is also versed in Craniosacral Therapy which gently works with the spine and skull along with its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. Craniosacral Therapy is generally used for problems such as migraines, headaches, and TMJ, as well as various head and neck ailments.

The ChiroHealh Rockford team is pleased to welcome Marcea to the office and she looks forward to utilizing all of her advanced skills & massage therapy techniques to help the Rockford residents and ChiroHealth patients alike.
